This website is operated by First & Ten Hot Sauce. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to First & Ten Hot Sauce. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Product Safety & Liability

Our hot sauces contain chili peppers and are intended for consumption by adults who understand the risks associated with high-heat food products.

Allergen Warning: Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient labels. Our products are produced in facilities that may process nuts, soy, or dairy.

Assumption of Risk: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that the consumption of extremely spicy food carries inherent risks and you agree to use the product responsibly.

Section 2 - Shipping & Returns

Perishable Goods: Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a seal is broken.

Damaged Goods: If a glass bottle arrives broken, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.

Section 3 - Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
